This term refers to an object that can be derived from L2 chain derivation inputs, which are then passed to the execution engine to construct L2 blocks.
A palyload attributes object must include the following transactions:
one or more deposited transactions of two kinds: a single L1 Attributes Deposited Transaction for L1 info and zero or more User-Deposited Transaction. Caff node will derive these from L1.
zero or more network upgrade automation transactions. These special transactions may be inserted as part of the derivation process. Caff node will derive these during the process, should be same as what OP node does.
zero or more sequenced transactions. Caff node will derive these from Espresso.
